De Pere Baseball

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.  

We offer the following recreational league programs (2023-24 grade level):

Little Sluggers (modified coach pitch/T-ball)

• Players currently in 4K or K are eligible
• 2 Sessions offered. Players can play in either, or both
• Option of playing either Monday & Wednesday, or Tuesday & Thursday
• Session 1: 1 week of practice held the week of April 15th; 5 week season concludes the week of May 20th
• Break between sessions during the week of Memorial Day
• Session 2: 1 week of practice held the week of June 3rd; 5 week season concludes the week of July 9th 
• Session 1: completely full.

Pee Wee Minors (machine pitch/T-ball) 

• Players currently in Kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade are eligible
• Option of playing either Monday & Wednesday, or Tuesday & Thursday
• Practices begin the week of April 8th
• 7 week season concluding the week of June 3rd
• Completely full 

Pee Wee Majors (machine pitch) 

• Players currently in 1st or 2nd grade are eligible
• Option of playing either Monday & Wednesday, or Tuesday & Thursday
• Practices begin the week of April 22nd
• Opening Day on Saturday, May 18th
• 8 week season concluding with a year-end tournament the weekend of July 12th & 13th
• Players wishing to try out for our 7U and 8U Tournament Teams must register for Pee Wee Majors.  
• Limited spots remain

American League (Kid Pitch) 

• Players currently in 3rd or 4th grade are eligible
• Practices/games will be held on Tuesday & Thursday nights
• Practices begin the week of April 15th
• Opening Day is held on Saturday, May 11th
• 9 week season concludes with a year-end tournament on regular league nights the weeks of July 8th & July 15th
• Limited spots remain

National League (Kid Pitch) 

• Players currently in 5th & 6th grade are eligible
• Practices/games will be held on Monday & Wednesday nights
• Practices begin the week of April 15th
• Opening Day is held on Saturday, May 11th
• 9 week season concludes with a year-end tournament on regular league nights the weeks of July 8th & July 15th
• Limited spots remain

Bay Area Leagues 

• Pony (7th grade)
• Babe Ruth (8th and 9th grade)
• Registration now closed for these programs

In addition, we also offer American Legion (9th - 12th grade) 

We do not allow players to play above their grade level. If it is discovered that a player was registered in an attempt to play them "up" a level, those players will be removed and no refunds issued.

Beginning with our 2022 Fall Ball season, De Pere Baseball fully adopted and is enforcing the USA Baseball standard for our recreational leagues (4k to 6th grade). In order to be used in game play, a bat must be stamped with the USA Baseball logo.  Previously, we had grandfathered in the USSSA bats up to a barrel diameter of 2 1/4" (i.e., the Easton Mako). These bats will no longer be legal for league play.  This decision was made to reduce injury risk within our recreational leagues which contain players of a wide variety of skill levels.

Please note that the Bay Area League (7th & 8th grade) and American Legion (9th-12th grade) have their own governing bodies regarding rules including bats.  The USA Baseball bat rule only impacts players up through 6th grade.
